MathSolver Pro is an online service. This page explains how the service is delivered to you, so you know what to expect before you use it or pay for anything.

What we deliver

MathSolver Pro provides digital tools only: the math solver, the calculators, step-by-step explanations and study articles, all used in your web browser. Nothing is shipped to a physical address and there are no delivery fees.

Free access

The solver, the calculators and the articles are available free of charge without registration. Free features are delivered instantly in your browser and may be limited by fair-use limits that are shown on the page when they apply.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are only sold when billing is switched on for this site. If it is, the plan name, price, billing period and limits are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
• Access to a paid plan starts as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few seconds. You receive a confirmation email.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If a paid feature did not work as described, contact us through the contact page and explain what happened; we review every request. Any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as a statutory withdrawal right for digital services, apply in addition to this policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but short interruptions can happen during maintenance or because of problems with hosting providers. If an outage affects a paid feature for a significant time, contact us.
